Complete account setup

After signing up for one of our product bundles, the first thing that happens is we send you a Welcome email. This email welcomes you to our services by providing important information about your account/subscription and provides the important final steps of setting up your account.

For example: If you have purchased our retail consumer product Keystroke Lock, inside the Welcome email will be a big button “Verify Your Email” which you must click to complete the account creation.

After following any steps in your Welcome email, you can login to our customer portal where you can access your products and services on the left side of the screen.

Install our apps

To get started with Keystroke Lock or EndpointLock:

Windows

  1. Click on the product from within our customer portal (https://portal.advancedcybersecurity.com)

  2. Choose Desktop Installation

  3. Use the download button to download the app.

  4. Once finished downloading, double-click to run the downloaded installation file.

  5. Read and click through the on-screen prompts.

  6. At the end of the installation, it will prompt you to reboot your computer.

    1. You can choose to do this immediately or later, but your computer must be restarted for our keystroke encryption to start working!

  7. After your computer is rebooted, you must open the app to activate the software.

  8. Enter your email address and password to activate.

  9. That’s it! The app should show all green checkmarks, and your keystrokes are now being silently encrypted!

Mobile (iOS and Android)

  1. Click on the product from within our customer portal (https://portal.advancedcybersecurity.com)

  2. Choose Mobile Installation

  3. Click the download button or scan the QR code for your device, which will take you to our app in the app store/play store.

  4. Install our app from the store page.

  5. Open the app and login using your email address and password to activate.

  6. Follow the instructions to enable the keyboard.

  7. The app should show all green checkmarks, and you are ready to use the keyboard.
