If you are having a problem activating one of your devices, please reference the common fixes below:
Confirm your login credentials
If you receive a red error message that says Invalid user or password when trying to activate one of your devices, follow the guidance below.
To make sure you know the correct email and password for your ACS account:
Try to login to our customer portal.
If you can’t login, do a password reset.
If you still can’t login after a password reset, contact our support team.
Once you are able to login to our customer portal, you can be sure those same credentials will work to activate our apps.
Check you have activations left
Your account will only allow you to activate our apps on a limited number of devices, depending on the plan you have.
If you receive a red error message that says No available installations for this user when trying to activate one of your devices, you may have used all the activations for your account.
To resolve this, you can manage your device activations in our customer portal. See article Manage your device activations.
