Policy and Coverage Questions

For any questions you may have about your protection policy and/or coverage:

  1. Please log into the customer support portal at: https://portal.advancedcybersecurity.com

  2. From the main dashboard, please click on the protection policy included with your subscription.

  3. This will bring you to the summary of benefits specific to your policy. The summary of benefits should answer most common questions.

  4. If you still have any questions after reviewing the summary of benefits, please contact policies@advancedcybersecurity.com

Filing a claim

If you have had a security incident that you believe is covered by your protection policy and wish to file a claim, please email policies@advancedcybersecurity.com
